- Ex OYO VP of Growth appointed as Country Manager for theAsianparent Indonesia
- Leads a team of almost 80 personnel towards the next growth frontier
SINGAPORE, 18 November 2020 – theAsianparent, Southeast Asia’s largest community parenting platform with a monthly network reach of more than 30 million users, today announced that Rotsen Quispe has joined its management team as Country Manager of theAsianparent’s Indonesia market.
Rotsen brings to theAsianparent a wealth of experience, including being VP of Growth and Marketing (Southeast Asia and Middle East) at OYO, where he led the growth of the largest app users base for hotels in the region. Prior to that, he was Head of Marketing (International Markets) for Traveloka and had stints in Microsoft, Intel Corporation and Sony Electronics.

As Country Manager of theAsianparent Indonesia, Rotsen’s role entails being responsible for growing theAsianparent 10x in the next 18 months. He is in-charge of all business functions such as traffic, sales, marketing, and operations to drive users engagement on our platforms while ensuring clients satisfaction through the delivery of innovative brand solutions.

Based on the latest report released by Indonesia’s Home Ministry’s Population and Civil Registration Directorate General, Indonesia’s population exceeded 268 million as of June 2020, with the government expecting 400,000 more births than usual next year due to the COVID-19 lockdown1.
theAsianparent continues on its momentum to hit new growth milestones. Over the past year, it has raised a seven-figure sum from other investors such as Fosun, JD.com, Mirae Asset-Naver New Growth Fund and Vertex Ventures.
