Insights Survey Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

theAsianparent (owned by Tickled Media Pte Ltd) Insights Survey are regional surveys conducted through theAsianparent offices in each respective country. You must be a mum AND residing in each respective country to participate.

Prize Substitution

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash money and not transferable to another person. However, Tickled Media Pte Ltd may substitute the prize for any other prize of equal or greater value, at its reasonable discretion, in the event the prizes are not available for any reason outside of its reasonable control.

Winner Selection

Winners, which will be selected based on different winning criteria for each individual survey, are determined at the sole discretion of Tickled Media Pte Ltd. Winners from each country will only be entitled to the random lucky draw from theAsianparent offices in each respective country. Winners who do not respond to our emails within 48 hours will be forfeited and new winners will be chosen.

Prize collection

theAsianparent (owned by Tickled Media Pte Ltd) offices in each respective country will be in charge of distributing prizes for winners. Any inquiries of prizes and status would be directed to the point of contact in each office.

Publicity

Winner’s name, pictures, and prizes may be used for publicity reasons by Tickled Media Pte Ltd. Winner’s information may be used for marketing, planning, promotions, research, events and/or any other purposes and programs henceforth. Acceptance of the terms & conditions is considered as consent to this usage.

Disclaimer

Tickled Media is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, or undelivered entries, including without limitation entries not timely received due to telephone failures, Internet failures, disruptions, and ISP problems. Incomplete information may result in disqualification of the entry. Giveaways and contests held by theAsianparent (owned by Tickled Media Pte Ltd) are in no way affiliated and endorsed by Facebook. theAsianparent reserves the right to use data collected through surveys for any of its operations, including but not limited to the form of written reports for sales purposes. All personal data will be protected; personal data to be used in operations will not be disclosed without consent and opinions will be represented anonymously.

Duration

theAsianparent (owned by Tickled Media Pte Ltd) reserves the right to extend and prolong the duration of the survey. Winners will be selected and contacted by theAsianparent (owned by Tickled Media Pte Ltd) office in respective countries one week after the end of the survey.
